Video Production Process
With so much content out there, and so many types of video to choose from, embarking on a video project might seem like a daunting process - but it doesn’t have to be. In the drop down menu, we’ve outlined the process we’ll work through together to ensure we produce great video that brings results.
-
First off, we’ll line up a zoom, call or coffee and discuss the goal you are trying to reach through video, obligation free. You might have a clear idea of the video you want, or you may just be checking your options. We’ll decide on a plan there and then, or we’ll take the information back to HQ and put together a pitch deck to help you explore options, budgets and strategy.
-
Once we’ve got an idea for the video(s) we’re going to make, we’re going to plan it out and make sure we do it properly. We’ll clearly define the work and collaborate to come up with timelines, scripts, interview questions, subjects or talent, shoot dates / locations, and everything else we need in place for the next step. We’ll put together the schedules and all the other boring bits.
Please note that at this stage, we will take a 50% deposit of the project quote.
-
The production stage is where we see your project come to life. We’ll arrive to our location(s) and get to work capturing your video. We use high end, Netflix approved cameras & equipment and make sure we make it beautiful. We’ll have the day planned out as much as possible to make this as smooth as we can.
-
Post production is the editing stage of the project. We’ll take our footage and turn it into the polished, edited videos that you’ve been waiting for. We’ll work with you to make sure the final product is as close as possible to your vision. As standard, each video includes two rounds of edit revisions, with further work charged at an hourly rate.
-
Great! We’ve brought your vision to life. Once you’re happy and you’ve signed off on the project, we’ll provide you with the final product and help you to upload it to its destination. We’ll issue the final invoice and look forward to our next project together.
